Bambooshay Villa is located in Coral Bay, St. John, VI.  To get here, you will fly into Cyril E. King International Airport on St. Thomas (STT) and take a ferry from either Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie.  We recommend that you get a rental car - four wheel drive is preferable as well.  Public transit is available on St. John and taxi service is also available, but it will be worth your while to have your own vehicle so you don't spend your vacation time waiting around on one or the other. 

Driving on St. Thomas and St. John is on the 'wrong' (left) side of the road (for those of you from North America anyway).  While this may seem daunting at first, you will get the hang of it quickly!  There are several car rental agencies just off the ferry dock in St. John.  Another option is to rent a car at the airport and take the car barge across from Red Hook.  Check with the car rental agencies ahead of time as some do not allow their cars to leave St. Thomas.  We like this option for a couple of reasons:  you put your bags directly in the car and unpack at the villa, and you can stop on the way to Red Hook and load up on supplies (groceries, water, etc.) at places like Cost U Less (think Costco of the Virgin Islands).
